Bond and Learn AI — Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bond and Learn AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf before you use the Platform.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. What Bond & Learn AI Is

Bond and Learn AI is an AI-powered educational platform built for students aged 10–30. It provides:

• AI coaching, flashcard generation, and active recall quizzes
• Podcast and presentation creation from your study material
• Peer study matching for academic collaboration
• Autonomous AI agents that help you plan, research, and complete educational tasks
• Skill academies covering technology, business, content creation, design, and more

The Platform is educational only. It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or allow others to use it.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform for legitimate educational purposes only. You must not:

• Upload, generate, or share content that is harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or illegal.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private content.
• Use the Platform to cheat in official examinations or violate your institution's academic integrity rules.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to extract the Platform's AI models, algorithms, or source code.
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or use the peer matching feature for any non-educational purpose.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the Platform (except authorised API integrations).

5. Peer Learning and Matching

The peer matching feature connects students for academic collaboration. By using it:

• You confirm you are using it solely for educational purposes.
• You agree to treat every matched student with respect and professionalism.
• You acknowledge that Bond and Learn AI facilitates introductions but is not responsible for interactions that take place outside the Platform.
• For users under 13, parental consent is required before peer matching is activated.
• Misuse of peer matching (harassment, unsolicited contact, spam) results in immediate suspension.

6. AI Content and Autonomous Agents

• AI outputs: The Platform uses Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude to generate educational content. These outputs are aids only — not authoritative academic sources.
• Autonomous agents: When you activate agent features, you authorise the agent to act within the task scope you define. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions before they are finalised. Bond and Learn AI accepts no liability for errors made by agents or for content generated by agents acting on your instructions.
• No professional advice: Nothing generated by the Platform constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• All prices are displayed in ILS (Israeli New Shekel) unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of the charge, for cases where the service was materially unavailable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• Content you create on the Platform (notes, flashcard decks, projects) remains yours.
• You grant Bond and Learn AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and process your content solely to deliver the service to you.
• The Platform's codebase, AI models, design system, branding, and all other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Bond and Learn AI and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law and applicable international law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Bond and Learn AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of progress, or service interruptions).
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In serious cases (e.g., harm to minors, illegal activity, or serious academic misconduct), termination may occur without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by in-app notification and email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
